A head Chef at the formerly "Capri 400" from 1986-1996, Sam now comes back giving the "Capri" a makeover as "La Mirage Steakhouse & Seafood." Featuring an Open steak pit, serving only Aged Grade "A" Certified Angus Beef and a Salad bar.

With music every Saturday Night, La Mirage caters to all needs with easy listening and dancing from 7:00 to 10:00. Dance the night away!!

Featuring the Hudson Valley's "one and only" sunken dance floor serving Ulster County, Dutchess County and all of the Hudson Valley and with banquet facilities, and reception halls for up to 500 guests La Mirage Specializes in Weddings, Anniversaries, Proms and Parties of all types.
